At SENS, we strive to ship your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your fashion orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays, new collection launches), processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150 USD within the United States (automatically applied at checkout).
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • International: DHL, FedEx, or USPS International

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • SENS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your package directly through the link in the email or via your SENS account.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@shopwithsens.com.
  • For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a return or replacement.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Pre-Order Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

At SENS, we offer Pre-Orders so you can be among the first to own our upcoming collections, limited-edition pieces, and exclusive designs. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work and your rights as a customer.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

  • A Pre-Order is an order placed for products that are not yet available in stock.
  • These items are typically in production or arriving from our manufacturers.
  • Pre-Order items are clearly marked with a “Pre-Order” badge and estimated shipping date on the product page.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of checkout for all Pre-Orders.
  • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
  • Prices shown at checkout are final. Discounts or promo codes applied at the time of Pre-Order will be honored.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery

  • Each Pre-Order product page displays an estimated shipping window (e.g., “Shipping in June 2026” or “Expected to ship between June 15 – July 5, 2026”).
  • These dates are estimates only and may change due to production delays, manufacturing issues, or high demand.
  • We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay (more than 14 days).
  • Once the item is ready and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Pre-Order items are shipped separately from in-stock orders.
  • If your order contains both Pre-Order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately. You will only be charged shipping fees once per shipment.
  • We aim to fulfill Pre-Orders as close as possible to the estimated date.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel a Pre-Order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted unless we are unable to fulfill the order due to production issues.
  • We do not allow changes to size, color, or shipping address after 24 hours.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • If we cancel your Pre-Order (due to production shortages or other reasons), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Once a Pre-Order item has shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies (30-day return window for unworn items with tags).
  • Pre-Order items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

7. Delays & Communication

  • We work hard to meet our estimated shipping dates. However, fashion manufacturing can occasionally face unexpected delays.
  • We will keep you updated via email about any changes to your Pre-Order status.
  • SENS is not liable for any losses or disappointment caused by delayed shipping beyond our control.
