Welcome to SENS, operated by SENS Fashion. These Terms of Service  govern your access to and use of our website, Shopify store, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using SENS, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

  • Creating an account is optional but required for certain features such as order tracking and wishlists.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.

3. Orders and Purchases

  • All orders placed on SENS are subject to our acceptance and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.
  • Prices are in USD and EURO (or your local currency) and are subject to change without prior notice. All applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties will be shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. SENS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Fashion Specific)

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, final-sale products, intimates, swimwear, and personalized/custom orders are generally non-returnable unless defective.
  • Returned items must be in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

6. Product Information & Sizing

  • We make every effort to display accurate colors, textures, and details of our garments. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
  • Sizing information is provided as a general guide. Please refer to our detailed size chart before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices.
  • All measurements are approximate.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on SENS (images, logos, text, designs, product descriptions, and videos) is the property of SENS Fashion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or commercially exploit our products without authorization
  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or attempt to interfere with the Site
  • Harass other users or impersonate any person
  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchased products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.
